Vision

To restore and operate within a living ahupuaʻa model grounded in ‘ike kupuna (ancestral knowledge), incorporating modern technology to serve as an educational and cultural resource utilized for sustainable food production, wellness and community enhancement to benefit west Kauaʻi and future generations.  

Mission

Developing Kamaʻāina by empowering current and future generations to be culturally centered life-long learners and fulfill active roles in the community as teachers, leaders, and farmers. 

Program Areas

-Sustainable food production and distribution to our community through direct sales in our mini grocery store, and through contracts with local restaurant and businesses.

-Physical fitness for community members, in addition to group classes, workshops, student athlete programs, and internships.

-Exchange opportunities for Kaua’i youth to experience the rich and diverse cultures of other communities in Hawai’i as well as abroad.
